well hello hornet's nest... glad I could be of assistance. Member since 2016, recently un membered... I have, in total- reached out to VMP exactly 2 times in 9 years for shipment damage concerns. Still waiting on the replacement slip case. Yes, it is for a friend. It was for a birthday gift...

so then ... No. I received a damaged product and I would like it replaced with an UN damaged product. the end.

got the final reply today- They are sending a new slipcase-. The communication has been good- I wasn't sure if it would be given the pending demise I keep reading about on here... I replied - asking if it were possible for me to ship back the whole damaged one and get a fresh sealed numbered...

got my GD anthology today- the case has a pretty big gouge. :-( all sealed and looks good otherwise- Have not opened / taken the shrink off yet in case they want it back - sent a message and pics of the damage and hoping for a more pristine product...

the sales are always for people who have not been club members and who don't already have most or all of the sale selections... when will they have a wish list members only sale??
