Interesting... just found this on their site: So they removed the free shipping perk about 2 hours ago, even if you buy something at full price.

I still have all my points, but the free shipping, free totebag, etc. bonuses are missing (I'm a "diamond" member, FWIW). On my "rewards history" tab, it says my account was migrated to the new rewards system on 10/31.

I had several as well, but their rewards program was revamped, and I no longer see any of the bonuses I earned aside from points.

Where'd you run across that?
