Honestly - stereo is virtually a must for Ole. Lots going on, the mono kinda mashes it all together.

I tend to agree. There have been some great films, but the majority of film investment is in dumbed-down CGI cartoons. It has seemed to me for some years now that in fact there is much more interesting TV being produced.

I could care less. I can replace 6 MM 45's with a superior experience at 33, save increasingly precious shelf space, and better yet - sell those MM's and end up not only getting all for free, but coming out ahead! Great day!

All that dust on the needle means there is a ton of crap in the grooves, and your needle didn't get it all. Clean, then play again, and there will be a ton more on the needle. Then clean again. All those little pops aren't static - that would be consistent - so just keep cleaning, let the needle...

The stereo tapes are trashed and not useable from my understanding, but hopefully the mono tape - much less use - isn't. still, there is a reason Craft issues this on RSD - no returns/exchanges possible.
