I'm really enjoying it but I just spent the whole year putting 100 hours into Elden Ring (taking a break). I would say play Cult of Lamb first. Easier game with a more rogue like structure (also blends Stardew in) but similar graphics and indie vibe.

Beat Cult of Lamb. Favorite indie in a good while. Highly recommend. Now tackling Hollow Knight and continuing to chip away at Alan Wake 2 in between NBA playoff games.

Yeah, Letterbox fueled a year of crossing off classics that I had somehow never gotten to. Black Christmas is so good and I don't normally like slashers. Funny until the tone intentionally shifts, creepy af and far more realistic in its vibe than most of the stuff that it inspired.
