None have gone unsolved since I've been following along, but I've not made my way through the entirety of the first two years yet, so if it happened before it would have been way back then. I know some people have set a date for the reveal, whether guessed or not, but I don't know that we have any specific protocol in place for an unguessed thread.

Personally, I'm all for leaving the call up to whoever is running the guess thread, in the same way that there are no specifics for how they have to present their clues...
