That’s probably the first blur song I remember hearing too.

Boys & Girls was probably the 2nd song I knew. I remember being shocked to learn that it was the same band that did Song 2.That’s probably the first blur song I remember hearing too.

And not knowing the name of the song. I remember years ago listening to KROQ in L.A. and they had a segment on the morning show of people calling in and requesting "Whoo-Hoo" by Blur.

Just popped in to say Modern Life is Rubbish and 13 are my two favorite Blur albums.

13 is actually the one I know the least. Mainly because it's the only one I've never owned a physical copy of.

It's the first one I owned. Many a night bar-hopping and listening to that album loudly in the car at age 22.

Just finished Blur. I like it but don't love it. It's not as good as Parklife or The Great Escape IMO. 3/5

We're going up to Boone which is something we do about once year. We both went to App State (many years apart, my wife is 8 years younger than me). We usually do it around her birthday (today, she's officially the answer to Life, The Univers, & Everything), but both our work were a little needy this week so it worked out better to do it next week.
She spent the morning preparing for a meeting tomorrow. I got her the lunch she wanted and gave her presents. Her best friend brought her dinner. I have a 2 pm meeting tomorrow and after that I am done till July 5! Excited.

Nice! I am not super familiar with North Carolina but I would assume Boone is probably “great outdoorsy”, lakes and mountains and whatnot. I love vacations like that. Enjoy yourself
Your wife and I are approximately the same age, I turn 42 in December.
