Lots of his albums have been rereleased over the last few years, so I'd just pick up a couple when you can for cheap, the last Box curated by Erykah Badu is still available, it's got 7 albums and a booklet with commentaries and background . Most are pretty well worth having .

Damn it was a good Record Store Day this year! This might be my favorite.

New to Fela Kuti, so if anyone has recommendations on where to go next, lead on!

The Verve - Urban Hymns (1997) - Spinning this today not only because it's a great album with one of my favorite 90's songs ("Sonnet") but also because I was happy to hear about Richard Ashcroft finally getting the royalties for "Bittersweet Symphony" back from The Rolling Stones after over 20 years

Happy that this replacement for my Ivy Sole doesn't have the popping issue on the first three minutes of both sides. This sounds excellent!
