Is there a general help thread that is not the stickied one that I find to be not nearly as active as the one that I think was deleted in favor of this stickied one?

So after putting on my new cart and aligning it, I get a static click whenever I start any album. One sweep with an anti-static brush and it clears up just fine. The weird thing though is that this click only comes through the right channel. Is this indicative of the cart not being aligned properly?

So I’ve got my cart aligned with a paper protractor, it looks parallel to me however when looked at from a birds eyes I can see that the bottom screw is set further to center than the other (see photo).
