I'm starting to think that whoever decided that so many pre orders and replacements from the last few months (even back to May, Tyler!) would show up within a week and a half period truly does not have my marriage's best interests at heart.

One of my most frustrating recurring eBay experiences is specifically requesting that they pack the disc outside the sleeves to avoid seam splits, the seller completely ignoring the request, receiving it in almost perfect condition except there are large seam splits. Then if I complain to the seller, they tell me they packed it correctly, as evidenced by the bubble wrap.
