That was an amazing show. Definitely gonna do the next two too. Didn’t so VIP though. Seemed too much money, but I wonder what it was like

The VIP was really nerdy haha and it actually went for a full hour. it was supposed to be an actual zoom call but someone must have sent the link out because the zoom call filled up and a lot of us couldn’t get in, so they had to pivot to using the mandolin platform. So they could see what we were posting in the chat but they couldn’t see us on cam or anything.

But they answered a lot of our questions. I asked who the “little ugly” is in “the island” and Colin said the lyrics are quoted from a Bruce Chatwin novel (“in patagonia”) about a voyage to patagonia - there was a young kid on the ship freaking out because they were sailing through a storm and someone called him a fool and told him that if he went to sleep he wouldn’t feel the drowning.

They played Calamity Song, Dear Avery, and O, Valencia! during the VIP, but it seems that they were pre-recorded (as was the whole show). But the VIP chat was live - seemed like they were all on their own cams in their own houses.

Were the VIP songs after the show or before?
