Sadly when you actually read the Enhanced Safety document, nothing has fucking changed. But at least I don't have to lay anyone off, though I sure could use a vacation. They need to shut down the big box stores and put in a travel ban if they want to make a difference.

And give people paid sick days. Ford continues to be a goddamn joke.

Are the Costco, Walmart, etc being restricted in what they can sell in-person?

Also, is non-essential manufacturing being closed?

You know what I think.. you have to hit early and hard or the consequences, both to lives and economically, are worse when you wait. I think we waited too long in QC too, but at least the measures are hard now. I think most provincial gov'ts screwed this up badly - the key was to test and trace aggressively at the point when cases were down (summer), and shut sectors down aggressively when outbreaks were identified.
