@mdmost I don't think PayPal can do anything about it but I should look into it... @girlnevergoesout --the annoying part was when I shipped it, I thought--maybe I should put insurance on this one? I usually do for anything closer to $100 and just didn't this one time. I also just feel bad because the purchaser was really looking forward to getting it

I sympathize. A few months ago, USPS did the same to me with the Charly Bliss VMP exclusive that I sold on discogs. Shipped it in one of the hardcore bullmoose mailer with fragile stickers and they completely bent it in half shattering the record. USPS is trash regardless of their funding.
