Top notch, pressed at RTI. Not as good as MoFi fidelity wise I would assume but at under $20 an LP all contained in a nice box with an additional photo book. It is a easy way to acquire a lot of quality LPs for a reasonable price. Large bang for your buck quotient here.

I finally bit when it dipped down to $124. Next day it was back at $250.

Both are great options. The mofis are exceptional but the MOV pressings I have (which I gather are the same as what is in the box) are really very good for the money. It all depends on what you are willing to pay and whether Dylan’s first 8 albums are worth just over $500 to you (7x$60 for the 2LP 45 and $85 for the 3LP 45 Blonde on Blonde)

According to Fremer: ''The U.S.A. versions of the MONO Bob Dylan LP's, recently released by Sony, were supervized, eq'd and cut by George Marino @ Sterling Sound, NYC. The MOV vinyl versions were supervized and eq'd by George Marino, and cut in the same room - on the same lathe by Ryan Smith @ Sterling. So they have the same sources - same eq - same lathe - same process - ideally planned to have the same result.''

Weird, to say the least, right? However, although none of the rest do, side 2 of The Times They Are A-Changin does have an RKS etch in my set. According to discogs, every side has RKS on the MOV.

Whether all of that is otherwise true, I'm not sure, but it is true that the US set was pressed at RTI and the MOV is pressed at Record Industry. Haven't heard anyone say the MOVs are anything other than great, though.

At $125 it’s a no brainer IMO. I have some early pressings and MoFi of some of the Dylan in the box and still grabbed it. Am really happy I did. The quality is great. I’d say grab if it you want most of the albums in the box. If you want a few, maybe go for those in MoFi instead
