Do you know where their vacations were? I can't imagine a vacation anywhere right now is a ton of fun since everything is shut down or cancelled. Not that it makes your situation any better.

In an awesome act of timing they updated our VPN a couple weeks ago, which of course no one actually installed, and now they’re finding out that it’s making Skype blow up. So it’s been a fun day dealing with new work-from-homers AND a wonky VPN AND calls that randomly just start shedding people.
