Random thought I wanted to share but didn't know where to post it. It's a serious missed opportunity by Newport Folk Festival to not give a few minutes to Charlie Marie. This Rhode Island festival focused in Folk/Country/adjacent subgenres could of shined a light on a promising homegrown talent that is making noise from their backyard. That would of been so cool.

I appreciate your highlighting this artist @Twentytwo He's lives in the same area I do and has played nearby venues, but I wasn't aware of him previously. I bought this and his downloads on Bandcamp and hope to catch him live soon. Thanks!!!

Yeah, I think I heard about him from W.B. Walker to be honest and been hoping for him to release his vinyl. I guess this was the only way it made it financial sense. If he plays up here, I will definitely try to see him as well. There is just much talent out there that you never hear. Lot of my recommendations I get from Western AF, A Song Catcher or GemsonVHS.
 
Anyone have a good feel for Dualtone’s repressing schedule? I feel like they don’t let stuff go OOP too long and they’re pretty liberal with the variant licensing but that’s just anecdotal. Looking to firm up my Guy Clark selections - specifically Dublin Blues - trying to decide if I should wait or just hawk cogs/eBay/the evil empire.

Putting out a new pre-order and getting this back in stock may draw me in. Giving T&T a run through now and really digging it not surprisingly.
 
I thought for sure we'd hear something about the Isbell Georgia covers record by now but I guess not. I guess there is still a decent amount of year left.

Guessing since he's only now touring properly behind Reunions and pressing plants are backed up, probably may as well wait until '22 to release it.

Does Dave Cobb typically perform with Stapleton? He was in Stapleton's band at at least one show in New Hampshire this weekend.
