Pre-Order Thread

My Lucy receipt says "Lucynote" but I'd be surprised if I actually get it because I had such a hard time getting the order to go through.

From other reports, if the receipt and order confirm on the website say LUCYNOTE, you get the note. Hope you did! The website was funky for sure.

With that, I'll stop posting about this and spamming y'all. Consider myself happy I'll at least get this version, I'll consider it an artist donation given the tour date announced doesn't really align with a date I can go to.

Yeah I double checked and it says that when I log in but not the email. We'll see I guess

The Merchtable order confirmation shows if a note is included:

EDIT:
Also, Spotify's exclusive for the album is just a blue LP: Spotify Fans First - Lucy Dacus Home Video

He seems like he's in a real weird place in his life. But whoever did his ink is real good.

I am very excited for this. Love Oingo Boingo and Danny's 'So-Lo' is a classic. Seeing him in a more avant garde spirit again is exciting. He's backed on the album by Josh Freese (Devo, NIN, A Perfect Circle, GnR) on drums, Nili Brosh (who has 3 great Cds out) and Stu Brooks (Mike Patton, Dub Trio) on guitar, so that crew can do some interesting stuff.

According to Pitchfork, The Shins 20th anniversary edition of Oh, Inverted World was remastered by Bob Ludwig under the supervision of James Mercer. Hopefully it sounds good! Didn’t think it sounded bad in the first place though...

I do think the mix is sometimes a little low; if you listen to Girl on The Wing, for example, the vocals are mixed way down. One could argue that's part of the sound, but we'll see.
