it surprised even me to be honest. But i guess when you consider he worked on a bunch of VMP stuff, the BN Tone Poets, BN80s, some APs...my man is everywhere. You might be surprised how many you own too! There were a few that I had no idea he did, like Shabazz Palaces - Black Up and Jens Lekman - Night Falls Over Kortedala.
No duty no, however my orders have all been only one or two albums. But they ship USPS so it may not be an issue either way.
Depends on which pressings you're talking about! There are some KG cuts and some non-KGs.
KG preferred, but not required.
If you cross reference the UPCs with discogs, you can likely tell which are the KG cuts. The annoying thing is some of the KG Rhinos are AAA while others are digital. Some of the Van Morrisons come to mind. They still sound awesome.

As others pointed out when I was confused, the '77 is likely an Optimal press from the KPG RTI plates from the previous (or the US) reissue. I have no complaints though, sounds great.
