Ordered two before the sale! (Well, got the more standard 10% off.) And just found a third I was looking for on a European site that ended up costing about the same (or maybe a bit less) as a Sam Records title at Acoustic Sounds, even with the 15% discount. Too many voices shouting about how good Sam Records pressings are. 😃 Looking forward to checking ‘em out.

Used the AP 15% off to finally nab a whale of mine which is an AAA Cannonball Adderley’s Somethin Else. So freaking stoked I pulled the trigger on it, I spent months saving up for the MMJ drop and missed it so I’m glad I was able to nab one before the AP copies sell out again. Finally get to replace my Grey Label copy!!!

I grabbed this and Midnight Blue in the last AS sale. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed at all—it sounds really great.

This times 1000. I have grave concerns on:

1. The amount of boxes arriving
2. The fact that I am completely out of shelf space and already deep into improvised storage
3. That I'm reasonably confident boxes are arriving through July...
4. The knowledge that there will be more sales
5. The sad measure of my own willpower
 
Not exactly a deal, but if you're a gamer/record lover, might be good to keep your eyes on the iam8bit store this week. They're re-stocking out-of-print VG soundtracks. Today was The Legend of Zelda Hero of Time 2xLP set.

Don't know how much vinyl they'll have throughout the week, but worth keeping an eye on:

I shouldn't share this with you guys because many of you will want some of the exclusives that will show up on this Bandcamp sale (and I'll want them too) but I am a nice guy so here it goes. FIY, I bought some really good, and normally expensive, records during their Parisian fair every October (National Live in Brussels, Khruangbin exclusives (they even had VMP's variants), etc..). Anyway, since there are not any outdoor fair for now, the guys at ILM decided to do create this event. The list of labels participating is below and some of the items that will be available are on this Facebook page. All profits go to the artists and labels, and some of them are donating to charities.

do you know how this will work? Should I just check the bandcamp at midnight UK time and their bandcamp will have these exclusives up?
