    Looking at a collection purge soon. I’ve only ever sold a record here and there, so I’m not up on how to manage selling a bunch at once in an efficient way. Are there any “selling records for beginners” threads around? Or any must know tips?

    I started the same and have sold over 100+ records this year on discogs. Be very transparent with the condition and package well (Since USPS will abuse it. Also INSURE anything over a certain price).If you're patient and not looking to make money quick, I would list your items for a bit under the current low price or based on sales history, and refresh often so they show up on peoples "Wantlist" alerts.

    I'm in the same boat - have a shelf full of stuff to sell but nervous about the how/when/where of doing it. Thanks for posting this, and thanks for the tips everyone.

    Thanks @everyone. This is all super helpful. I’m not really in a rush, so I’ll probably post in the buy/sell forums when I’m ready and see if I can move most of my stuff that way. Using Discogs/ebay to sell still sort of scares me. N+G is definitely a corner of the internet I trust.

    Ahhhhh, I miss Hansen's so much. Ashley is a friend and just such a good person. I always go for Grape. But their specials are always amazing.
