Been burned like that before. Got FJM presale for the Chicago Theatre and ended up with literal last row next to other presalers. Fortunately, it sounded amazing, but imagine our (and our neighbors') surprise when we show up to not even theater seating, but a row of banquet hall chairs BEHIND the last row of theater seats. Pre-sale should grant privileges, not punishments.
