Despite forthcoming Acoustic Sounds Atlantic 75 AAA 45rpm, this “super deluxe edition” with a ton of CD/DVD extras includes a 33rpm vinyl cut by Bernie Grundman, apparently from a “new” remaster by Steven Wilson from original tapes. So presumably vinyl is not AAA and not the same remaster as 2018.

Most importantly (to me), this particular version of the set includes a lithograph of the cover signed by Roger Dean and is limited to 500 copies. There is also a $50 cheaper version of this deluxe edition without the litho.

Fragile (Super Deluxe Edition) (LP/4CD/BD) + Signed Litho (Bundle)

Rhino is kind of confusing about this, but I think the description at Burning Shed is likely to be more accurate.

A 2024 Super Deluxe Edition of the Yes masterpiece Fragile, containing an LP of the original analogue cut of the album, 4 CDs (the original album, a Steven Wilson Remix, Rarities, and live recordings), and a Blu-Ray featuring new mixes by Steven Wilson (including the album in Dolby Atmos and 5.1 Mix DTS-HD MA).

Renowned audio engineer Bernie Grundman cut lacquers for the set’s LP.

Interesting. I thought rhino’s description was confusing also, but I assumed that if it was AAA , they’d have gone out of their way to make that clear. The varieties of this album from the last 8 years are ridiculous. The KG 33 cut is excellent already, and people like Wilson’s 2018 version (although not as much). I owned and sold the Mofi One Step. I originally loved the extended bass, but then later decided I didn’t love it.

Rhino never learns. Some of those Little Feat reissues were AAA and cut by Bernie I think and they didn't make a peep about it in their PR or hype stickers I don't think.
